Originally from China, Dr. Huang immigrated to North America at the of age of 9. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He then went on to study dentistry at Columbia University, graduating in 2011. During dental school, he developed a passion for oral & maxillofacial surgery which led him to enter a 6-year residency program at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, where he also received his Doctorate of Medicine. Upon completion of his residency training in 2017, Dr. Huang relocated to Texas to work at Houston Methodist. He transitioned to private practice in 2020. Dr. Huang is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He has operating privileges at Houston Methodist West and Texas Children’s Hospital.
